摘要：The present disclosure provides a radio resource management method, a radioresource management device, an equipment having base station functionality, a radioresource monitoring method, a radio resource monitoring device, and a terminal; theradio resource management method comprises: a first radio resource of the serving cellin which a terminal is located, and a second radio resource of any one of the neighboringcells in a plurality of neighboring cells of said serving cell, are obtained; the first radioresource and the second radio resource are differentiated to obtain a target radioresource, and said target radio resource is transmitted to the terminal. The technicalsolution of the present disclosure enables a UE to identify a radio resource of any cell, sothat a terminal can avoid blindly monitoring the radio resources of all cells; at the sametime, according to the current actual location of the UE, its mobility, and/or the receptionpower and reception quality of the reference signals of neighboring cells, the UEdetermines the monitoring frequency of the neighboring cells, while not needing tomonitor the resource pool information of each of the neighboring cells at the samefrequency; thus the monitoring overhead of the UE and the radio resource overhead of
the system are reduced.
