摘要：A wireless communication network access controller assembly for preventing
texting while driving includes a portion shaped to fit within a standard power port of avehicle. The assembly includes at least one engagement member that places theassembly in a coupling arrangement with the power port of the vehicle and preventsremoval of the assembly by the driver. A network access controller creates a localwireless network that is an overlay to a part of an existing wireless network and thatprevents wireless communications access to the existing wireless network.
