摘要：This invention relates to current limiters particularly for medical equipment. Thecurrent limiter of this invention is adapted to be inserted directly into the line whichconnects a patient to an electronic device. It comprises a pair of field effect transistorsconnected in series with a biasing resistor. One of the transistors has a lower cut-offpotential than the other, and the one with the higher cut-off point also has substantiallyhigher resistance and breakdown strength.
