Keywords:X—ray;Powder diffraction;Area detector;Texture;Stress 金属材料回收走向规范 中国有色金属工业协会会长康义表示,发展我国有色金属T业循环经济.将以“减量化、再利用、资源化”为原则, 大幅度增加再生资源的回收利用量。争取到2010年,主要有色金属铜、铝、铅、锌再生利用量达到650万t,占十种常用 有色金属总产量的32%,冉生资源循环利用能力显著增强,成为我国有色金属工业新的增长点。 我国再生金属物流加工基地广‘东佛山大沥镇镇长朱伟新介绍说,2004年我国进I=1废金属总量达到300多万t,而国内 累计回收各种废金属不及进口量的一半。国内回收体系不够完善。造成国内资源回收利用很大的浪费。 专家预测,再过3一一5年,我国工业化所投入使用的金属材料将进入一个较大规模的集中回收期。因此。培育和扶持 国内回收产业的健康发展将对国民经济特别是循环经济的建设,起到积极的推动作用。(中国有色金属材料网) ・8・hap://www,emasteq.com(中国材料科技与设各网)
