This center tap Schottky rectifier series has been optimizedfor low reverse leakage at high temperature. The proprietarybarrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 175 °Cjunction temperature. Typical applications are in switchingpower supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, andreverse battery protection.
