摘要：A quick disconnect coupling device for a sump pump includes a pair of verticallydisposed coupling members formed of a chemically inert metallic material and couplingthe discharge outlet of the sump pump to the outlet pipe for the sump. In one
embodiment of the invention, each coupling member engages and is vertically slidable onvertical guide rails positioned within the sump. One coupling member is provided withvertical guide ways for receiving guides on the other coupling member which permitsready disconnection and ready reconnection of the coupling members when the sumppump is raised and lowered.
