摘要：Sausage-making machine has data collection signal line from point. A sausagemaking machine fills a tubular skin with sausage meat and seals it at both ends. The fillingmachine (12) has a filling pipe (26, 28) discharging through a mouthpiece (30, 32) ontowhich the tubular skin (34) is fitted and filled. The filled sausage skin is closed by a sealingmachine (14) located down-flow from the filler (26, 28) mouthpiece (30, 32). Residualempty lengths of sausage skin (34) are removed (70) from the filling unit or sealing unit.The filling machine has a magazine (80) for empty sausage skins and a moving pickup unit(82) which transfers skins from the magazine (80) and positions them in turn upon thetube (26). Data describing the filling machine (12) operating parameters esp. operatingcycle time taken, filling weight, sausage diameter and filling speed, is detected at a pointbetween the filling unit (12) and sealing unit (14), and is transferred to a data logger via asignal line (56) to the associated automated control system.
