摘要：A process for producing cyclic polysiloxanes is disclosed. The first step of theprocess comprises combining a poiysiloxane, a cafaiyst and a high boiling endblocker,wherein the catalyst is selected from the group consisting of a phosphazene base and acarborane acid.
