新型搭桥双层芯棒粉末冶金模具结构设计

【摘 要】空调用滚动活塞压缩机的端盖多为粉末冶金制造,其压制采用的是传统一上三下的模具,该模具的二下冲与阀口芯棒需要设计在同一块模板上,不能相对运动。脱模时阀口芯棒脱离上冲后出现回弹,使产品排气阀口产生裂纹。本文提出一种新型搭桥双层芯棒模具结构,运用搭桥方式从主芯棒模板处引出一块模板,使其与主芯棒模板联动,将二下冲的运动与阀口芯棒的运动分开。改良后的模具带来的益处是:在二下冲完全回弹之前将芯棒拔出,在拔出过程增加上冲对芯棒的限位,因此可以在很大程度上减轻了阀口芯棒回弹对产品的二次挤压,从而避免裂纹的产生。%The end cover of the rolling piston compressor used in air conditioning is generally manufactured by means of powder metallurgy, which is achieved by the traditional mold consisting of one upper punch and three lower punches. The second lower punch of the mold and the valve port core rod are on the same template and cannot make relative motion, and as a result, when the valve port mandrel breaks away from the upper punch, cracks result in the product exhaust valve ports. This paper proposes a new cross-bridge double layer core rod die construction which draws forth a template from the main core template by means of the cross-bridge method and makes the template link with the main core template and separates the movement of the second lower punch and the
valve port core rod. The advantage of this improved construction is that before the complete rebound of the second punch, the mandrel is pulled out; and in the pulling process, limitation to the mandrel is increased, relieving the second time squeeze on the product and avoiding the occurrence of cracks. 【总页数】4页(P61-) 【作 者】曾锦艳;赵善杰
