It is with deep regret that I inform you about the cancellation of meeting which was led on 25th December, at 10 a.m. The aga for the meeting was to discuss on loan facility for infrastructure development of ABC Group. But due to some emergency situation at personal , I will not be able to make it for the meeting.
My daughter has met with an accident and she will be operated on 25th December, . I apologize for the situation as I could not inform you prior because all of it happened suddenly. I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. If it suits you then we can le the meeting on 28th December, for 10 a.m. Kindly confirm so that required adjustments can be made.
